InVision Eye Care is an upscale, established, doctor-owned private practice in Fayetteville, AR. We are seeking an experience Optician to step in and lead our optical boutique. If you are an experienced optical professional who is tired of corporate retail metrics and atmosphere, unrealistic sales quotas, working nights and weekend, and heavy micromanagement, this office is for you. We are looking for a patient focused person who loves fashion eyewear, frame styling, and premium lens counseling to join our friendly team immediately.

What You’ll Do:
- Independently manage the entire optical boutique flow, from frame styling to final dispensing.
- Provide precise manual lens measurements, professional adjustments, and proper fitting for the latest progressive designs.
- Manage frame inventory selection, track optical lab orders, and ensure seamless delivery.
- Assist with major vision plan billing (VSP, EyeMed) to keep clinic flow moving smoothly alongside the doctor.
What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience working as an Optician
- Strong technical fluency with premium lens designs, specialized anti-reflective coatings, and progressive lens measurements.
- Complete confidence to operate the optical dispensary in an effective manner.
- A warm, professional demeanor with an exceptional eye for fashion and frame styling.
