Job Title: ServiceNow Portal Developer Location: Austin, TX What's the Job? Create and enhance ServiceNow Portal pages and widgets to deliver a modern, accessible user experience for customers Optimize ServiceNow Portal search engine functionality through advanced tags and filters Collaborate with the Service Catalog Manager to improve portal interface and usability Support the development and maintenance of workflows, scheduled jobs, and business rules within ServiceNow Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness for all portal features What's Needed? Undergraduate degree in a related field Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Strong UI design skills and experience in creating user-friendly interfaces Familiarity with ITIL Foundations and ITSM ticketing systems Experience working with system properties, update sets, workflows, and business rules within ServiceNow What's in it for me?
