About the Role:

The Store Sales Floor Runner plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the retail sales floor by supporting sales associates and management with timely and accurate product movement and customer service tasks. This position is responsible for maintaining product availability, organizing merchandise displays, and assisting with inventory replenishment to enhance the overall shopping experience. The Runner acts as a key liaison between the stockroom and sales floor, ensuring that products are delivered promptly and shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing. Additionally, this role supports the sales team by responding quickly to customer requests and facilitating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry merchandise for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Reliable time management skills and punctuality.

Responsibilities:

• Transport merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor efficiently and accurately.

• Support inventory management by helping with stock counts, labeling, and restocking procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and free of hazards to promote a positive shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and management to address customer needs and operational priorities.
• Report any product shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management promptly.
