Customer Support Representative

A customer of Insight Global is looking to hire a Customer Support Representative to come onboard! This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers by managing incoming orders, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate billing and scheduling processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling phone and email communication, navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met. This role is fully onsite in a fast-paced environment where strong communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Required Skills & Experience
- 0+ years of customer service experience involving direct phone and email interaction with customers
- 0+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- 0+ years of experience utilizing multiple computer screens, browser applications, and software systems throughout the workday
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally handle difficult customer interactions
- Demonstrated ability to de-escalate frustrated or upset customers while maintaining professionalism
- Strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills with the ability to determine when escalation is necessary
- Experience using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word) and web-based applications
