As a Bar Lead or AGM, you work closely with your GM to support daily operations while developing your leadership skills. You help drive creativity, consistency, and performance while learning how to lead teams, systems, and results. General Manager As a General Manager, you are the driving force behind your bar’s culture, performance, and guest experience. You greet guests, manage entry, monitor the space, and support staff during busy moments.
