Host We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will be attentive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth flow of guests Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and courtesy Provide information about the restaurant, menu, and specials as needed Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS systems is a plus Join our dynamic team and be part of a company that values hospitality, teamwork, and growth.
