Kitchen Manager | Augusta, GA
We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead a high volume, fast paced kitchen in Augusta, GA. If you're passionate about developing great people, maintaining high food quality, and creating a culture built on accountability and teamwork, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. As the Kitchen Manager in Augusta, GA, you'll oversee all back of house operations including food quality, inventory, scheduling, food safety, labor management, and team development. You'll coach and mentor your kitchen team while ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience. Strong leadership, a sense of urgency, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment are essential.
