Associate Attorney (Personal Injury Law)

Job Description Based in Los Angeles, Rezvani Law is seeking an Attorney to join our team. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a team of experienced case managers as well as managing a variety of personal injury cases in the pre-litigation stages. The ideal candidate is confident, client-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside experienced trial attorneys and litigation support teams while having access to a wide range of resources to help deliver exceptional results for our clients. Responsibilities include: Manage pre-litigation for assigned cases from intake to settlement. Assist with case evaluation, case strategy, medical management to increase case value and obtain maximum settlement for clients. Manage file handlers and legal assistants ensuring that all cases are smoothly moving along. Provide excellent service to all clients. Skills & Requirements: Qualified candidate will have a CA license and 1-2 years or more of Personal Injury legal experience. Excellent research and writing skills are required. Must be familiar with reading medical reports and bills. Ideal candidate will have experience with serious injury cases. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
