Advocate for survivors of sexual assault and abuse or represent plaintiffs in complex property defect disputes against major corporations and insurers.
Experience a project- and litigation-phase-driven workflow designed to support attorneys through team-oriented litigation rather than isolated caseloads.
Key Responsibilities Manage and advance plaintiff litigation files through all phases of the lawsuit.
Review complex evidence, construction records, medical documentation, and sensitive intake materials.
Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and comprehensive discovery requests/responses.
Draft and argue law and motion matters; Background in personal injury, civil litigation, or general plaintiff-side work.
Prior Construction Defect or Mass Tort experience is a plus, but not required—we will train and teach the right attorney.
Genuine passion for plaintiff advocacy and strong empathy for clients.
Excellent written/oral advocacy skills and strong organization in high-volume document environments.
D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
