Benefits & Compensation

• $100,000–$110,000 salary
• 3 weeks paid vacation
• Company covers 75% of healthcare premiums, including dental and vision

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive fine dining or luxury hospitality management experience
• Deep understanding of high-touch, elevated service standards
• Experience working with affluent or VIP clientele
• Strong floor management and guest relations skills
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and support front-of-house teams
• Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Polished, mature, and professional presence
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an experienced management team
• Stable career history with a demonstrated interest in long-term growth
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with high-profile clientele

Preferred Background & Skills

• Michelin-starred or Michelin-caliber fine dining experience
• Luxury hotel, private club, residential dining, or other high-end hospitality experience
• Experience managing highly personalized guest experiences
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service, wine, and hospitality standards
