Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing facility in Peabody, MA to hire experienced MIG/TIG Welders for 1st and 2nd shift opportunities. These are direct hire positions offering steady work, hands‑on fabrication experience, and long‑term growth potential for skilled welders. Schedule 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7-3:30AM 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 2AM-1:30AM Pay $28-$32 + DOE Location Peabody, MA Job Duties Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal components Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials and techniques Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications Perform grinding, finishing, and light fabrication as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and welding standards Requirements 1+ years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience with fabrication tools and welding equipment Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Ability to work independently and in a team environment Welding certification is a plus, but not required Benefits Direct Hire Benefits Multiple shift options Opportunity to grow within a skilled manufacturing environment Pay Details $28.00 to $32.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
