As a lead installer you will be leading a team in the installation of furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps and mini-split systems.Lead Installer Will:On-site install and start-up of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, ducted and/or ductless mini-split systemsLead and mentor junior crew membersEnsure site safety and compliance with codesConduct quality control checks on completed jobs to ensure work meets industry standards and client the requirementsMaintain a professional attitude with customers, partners, peers, and vendorsCommunicate and coordinate with office staffKeep an assigned company vehicle organized, clean, and stockedQualificationsLicensed HVAC Metal Sheet Installer3+ years' experience as a residential HVAC InstallerExperience installing ducted or ductless systemsExperience running a crew is a plusAble to lift 50+ pounds, stand, bend, stoop, reach and climb laddersValid driver's licenseAvailable to work full-time with flexibility to work after hours if neededAuthorized to work in the U.S.BenefitsCompetitive Pay6 Paid holidays AND birthdayPaid VacationMedical/Dental/VisionPaid UniformsBoot AllowanceLate Model Take Home VanThis is a Monday through Friday position with the opportunity for overtime work as needed.If you're a hardworking team player who enjoys staying busy and wants to be part of a growing home service company, we'd love to meet you!!!
