This role plays an essential part in creating a safe, welcoming, and fun experience for our youth participants.If you're interested in more hours, this role may be upgraded to Full-Time by working in another department during non-driving hours—perfect for those with skills in childcare, membership services, aquatics, maintenance, or other YMCA departments.You Might Be the Right Candidate if you:Have prior experience driving a school busEnjoy working with children and have a friendly, approachable personalityHold a valid NJ Commercial Driver's License with School Bus and Passenger endorsements (or are willing and able to obtain them)Communicate effectively and work well with people from diverse backgroundsBring a big smile and a commitment to safety every single daySalary & Benefits:The salary range for this role is $25 -$35 /hour, based on experience. This Part Time Bus Driver position is scheduled to work up to 25 hours per week. The current Bus Driver hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am- 9:00am, 11 - 12:00pm and 2:00pm - 4:00pm.There is an opportunity to work an additional hours each week in another department making this a full time role with benefits.
