This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for patients, providing support regarding product orders, deliveries, and general product inquiries. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and passionate about helping others. They will work closely with multiple internal teams to ensure customers receive timely and accurate assistance while documenting all interactions within a CRM system.
