Job Summary

A professional CPA office in Woodland Hills, CA is seeking an Administrative Assistant / CPA Office Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an organized, dependable administrative professional with prior CPA firm experience who enjoys supporting a busy accounting office and helping client service operations run smoothly.

The Administrative Assistant will handle document management, client scheduling, office communications, tax document preparation support, and general clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities

- File, scan, copy, fax, and organize confidential client documents and office records.
- Sort, prepare, and support the processing of tax documents and IRS correspondence.
- Schedule and manage client appointments while maintaining professional communication by phone and email.
- Draft business letters, office correspondence, and client communications as needed.
- Visit the post office daily to mail and collect documents for the office.
- Assist with general administrative support, QuickBooks tasks, and basic bookkeeping-related duties as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Woodland Hills, CA.
