In this full-time contract position, you will blend in-person and remote work, allowing you to maintain a balanced schedule and optimize your expertise.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state OT license (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Solid knowledge of IEP development and evaluation procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with other therapists, educators, and families
• Comfortable with a caseload split across multiple locations and virtual sessions as needed

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs
• Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Work with a collaborative team including 2 OTs and a COTA, sharing a caseload of approximately 200 students
• Document services, attend team meetings, and support education staff and families
• Split your schedule between 3 days onsite and 2 days remote to meet student and department needs
• Start the academic year strong—this assignment begins after August 17th
