Job Coach Needed in the Bronx
Position Type Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week Position Summary We are seeking compassionate, motivated Job Coaches to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment. This community-based position provides hands-on coaching, training, and ongoing support at participants' job sites. Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week. The specific days and shift will be determined based on program needs and the individuals being supported. Key Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of approximately 15-25 individuals.
• Provide on-site job coaching and support.
• Teach and model job tasks.
• Assist with transportation when needed.
• Complete case notes and documentation.
• Monitor participant progress. Qualifications
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• One year working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• DSP experience a plus.
• Teaching or mentoring experience preferred.
