Ultra Clean Technology in Hayward, CA, is seeking a Tax Manager to lead US federal, state, and local tax compliance and reporting in a fast‑moving multinational setting. This role partners with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, and external advisors to optimize processes, implement tax technology, and oversee ASC 740 provisions and transfer pricing documentation.
