About the Role:

Network 1 Inc is looking for a passionate and motivated Job Coach to join our team in Chino Hills, CA! Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one job coaching and career guidance to clients seeking employment
• Assist clients with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job placement opportunities
• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support during job placement and retention phases
• Conduct vocational assessments to identify client skills, interests, and employment goals
• Collaborate with case managers, support staff, and community partners to ensure client success
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in compliance with program requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience in job coaching, workforce development, or vocational rehabilitation preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach
• Ability to build rapport with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment
• Knowledge of local job market, employment resources, and community services in the Chino Hills area
• Proficient in documentation, case management software, and Microsoft Office
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
