Part-Time | $18$21/hour | Reports to: Program Manager

Position Summary

The Membership Clerk is the welcoming face of our Club sitesgreeting families, managing member check-in/check-out, maintaining accurate records, and supporting program staff. This part-time position ensures smooth front-desk operations and contributes to a safe, engaging environment for all youth.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members, families, and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Oversee daily sign-in/sign-out and member safety procedures.
• Communicate with parents and guardians about Club updates.
• Support Site Managers with translation, paperwork, and data entry.
• Maintain accurate member records and process payments.
• Keep information boards, signage, and calendars current.
• Assist with program and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Experience working with youth preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Part-time, typically 2:15 PM7:00 PM weekdays. Work occurs on-site at Club locations in a lively, youth-centered environment.
