Customer Service Rep

Domino's Pizza in Bloomington, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 2205 E. Oakland Ave. location. As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed
• Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
