Horizons Care Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality, resident‑centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will perform assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and document in the EHR while promoting safety, dignity, and comfort.
