What you'll bring:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Openness to supervising SLPAs for select placements
- Commitment to supporting students from ASAP through the end of the school year
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders at elementary and secondary levels
- Develop and deliver IEP-driven therapy, progress monitoring, and student assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs, as needed
- Maintain timely, thorough documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
