Our agency has been proudly serving the community for over 10 years. We're a small but driven team of four, and we're known for offering one of the most competitive commission structures in the area. Based in the Ohio Valley, our office is licensed in West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, and we’re passionate about helping our customers find the right coverage for their needs. Our agency owner is deeply rooted in the community—an active member of the Weirton Rotary Club, Jefferson and Hancock Sportsman Clubs, and the Steubenville Masonic Lodge. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his family. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, a supportive team environment, and a commitment to doing what’s right for our clients. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Eric Waggoner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
