It’s about getting down on the floor to build a castle, celebrating a child who finally mastered something they’ve been working on, answering a million “why?” questions, singing a little too loudly, getting messy with art projects, and creating a classroom where every child feels safe, loved, confident, and excited to learn.

We’re looking for passionate, positive, dependable, and team-oriented Lead Teachers who want to be part of a school where teachers feel supported, appreciated, and empowered to do their best work.

What Will You Be Doing?

Every day is a little different—but your days will include:

✨ Creating fun, hands-on activities that spark curiosity and imagination
✨ Helping children learn through play, exploration, and discovery
✨ Planning engaging lessons and preparing materials
✨ Taking advantage of dedicated curriculum prep time
✨ Creating a classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn
✨ Helping with meals, transitions, cleanup, and all the wonderfully busy parts of preschool life
✨ Keeping your classroom safe, organized, clean, and inviting
✨ Working alongside your teaching team to keep the classroom running smoothly
✨ Building great relationships with parents and keeping communication open
✨ Celebrating the BIG milestones—and the little ones too!

We’re looking for someone who is:

Requirements

• 12 ECE units
• 6+ months of experience in a licensed childcare center
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification
• Current Mandated Reporter Training
• A genuine love for working with children!
