Baseball: Middle School GBL Coach

Job Title Starting Date: Aug 31, 2026 Position Type: Stipend (Salary: up to $1,363.47) Mission Statement Everett Athletics strives to educate and inspire student athletes to be the BEST version of themselves! Responsibilities Coach individual participants in the skills necessary for excellent achievement in the sport involved. Proper communication with principal, athletic director, and parents. Responsible for determining the athlete’s academic eligibility. Oversee the safety conditions of the facility or area in which the assigned sport is always played when students are present. Be present at each practice session and at all contests of the sport coached. This includes supervision, always, of the gym and locker room areas until the area is secured before and after practices and contests and bus trips. Enforce discipline and always encourage sportsmanship-like behavior. These standards are those set down by the Principal and Athletic Department by EPS. Perform all other duties as the principal and or athletic director may deem to be in the best interest of the sport, pupil, and school. Qualifications Previous coaching experience is desirable. Knowledge of baseball and its rules, and ability to instruct athletes in all facets of the sport. Evidence of ability to get along with pupils, parents, colleagues, and other citizens.
