Finance Manager

The project engineer is integrated into the Operations/Project Management departments and takes part in monitoring thermal desorption pollution control projects. They are regularly integrated into one or more project teams as Project Manager (PM), Principal Engineer (PPE) or Project Engineer (PE). Project Engineers may be involved in several projects at the same time. Studying and perfecting methods and processes to optimize the organization and execution of projects is also an integral part of the project engineer’s mission. Activities Design and model a project from a basic to a detailed stage Collaborate on the design of thermal desorption and vapor treatment plants Define project resource requirements (personnel, equipment) Draw up quotations with suppliers in consultation with the purchasing department Technical support for field supervisors Production of technical and financial reports (project management) Technology watch and drafting of technical notes, SOPs and SPECs Coordinate process studies and tests Manage and report monthly on the evolution of the Budget, Schedule and Scope Draft safety plans and risk analyses Optimize processes by keeping abreast of technical, economic and environmental advances Skills Required Autonomy, adaptability, rigor and responsiveness Organizational and planning skills Team spirit, initiative, adaptability and observation skills Available, proactive and solution-oriented Sense of responsibility Good oral and written communication skills Willingness to travel between 30 and 50% of the time Taste for life on site We are committed: Motivation - Autonomie - Orientation client. Profile Formation: General engineer, biochemistry, chemistry, electromechanics, or equivalent technical experience Work experience: 0 to 3 years Languages: French, English fluent, other languages an advantage Computer skills: Microsoft Office and MS Project (preferred) Position Within the Organization Service: Operations & Project Management Reporting to Operations Manager/Operations Coordinator Job Conditions The project engineer will potentially be required to carry out short and medium-term assignments abroad on the organization’s sites, depending on the distance and the site (3 to 6 weeks). #J-18808-Ljbffr
