Production Operator
Location: Sabina, OH
Pay: Varies by department/position
Shifts: 1st & 3rd Shift Opportunities
We are hiring Production Operators for a manufacturing facility in Sabina, Ohio. This position supports day-to-day manufacturing operations and may work within assembly, sub-assembly, molding, or other production areas depending on current needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned production and manufacturing tasks
- Operate or monitor production equipment as trained
- Handle parts and materials throughout the production process
- Assemble components according to work instructions
- Inspect parts and finished products for visible quality concerns
- Maintain an efficient and consistent production pace
- Assist in other production areas as needed
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Willingness to learn and cross-train as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
