Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Lead and be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of digital assets and tokenization programs, driving execution across complex, enterprise-wide initiatives within CIB OperationsApply knowledge of digital assets, crypto market structure, and tokenization, including industry developments and market infrastructure (e.g., DTCC), to inform program direction and implementationTranslate blockchain and distributed ledger concepts (permissioned vs. permissionless networks, smart contracts, on-/off-chain processing) into scalable operational, risk, and control frameworksDrive product and project management execution, including defining target state, roadmap, requirements, milestones, and value realization, while managing risks, dependencies, and delivery governanceLead cross-functional execution across Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, ensuring alignment on requirements, integration sequencing, including onboarding, and downstream dependenciesRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience in product and project management, including roadmap development, business requirements, governance, and value trackingStrong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, and tokenization, including crypto market structure and emerging industry trendsExperience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programsFamiliarity with market infrastructure and securities processing, including DTCC, Broadridge, and end-to-end securities lifecycleStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive decision-making in highly matrixed organizationsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for executive and non-technical audiencesAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams)Job Expectations:Ability to work a hybrid scheduleWillingness to work on-site at stated location on the job openingAbility to work additional hours as neededThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPosting Location:550 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28202This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
