The Marketing Manager (MM) is responsible for community outreach, marketing, and business development to increase awareness and utilization of the Hill Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy center (Center). The MM collaborates with referral sources, including physicians, providers, nurses, case managers, home health, and all others in the medical community who have patients that can benefit from the services provided by the Center. The MM is also responsible for contacting, creating, and maintaining relationships with local referral sources to increase awareness, patient volume and overall utilization of the center. Reporting to and working directly with our VP of Clinic Operations, you will help develop marketing plans, strategies, actions and tactics on a quarterly basis with the ability to update accordingly to market changes

Duties:

• Make personal calls/contacts to referral sources (physicians, nurses, case managers, home health, and others throughout the medical community) who have patients that can benefit from advanced wound care and HBOT services
• Deliver progress notes on all patients referred to the facility to their PCP or referral sources to ensure a continuity of care upon admission, monthly, and upon discharge
• Develop and implement marketing strategy based on client and community needs
• Serve as a resource to help facilitate referrals to the clinic when needed
• Understanding how to create and use the marketing collaterals to help promote the clinic
• Understanding of the diagnosis we treat in the Center to effectively communicate with the referral sources
• Monitor and report on referral sources’ satisfaction and help facilitate and resolve any problems
• Provide a quarterly marketing plan
• Meet certain quotas of quality marketing contacts per month
• Provide monthly lists of marketing contacts and types of contacts to our VP of Clinic Operations
• Track referrals coming into the clinic to determine effectiveness of the marketing plans and adjust accordingly
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Have a Degree in Marketing, Business or Nursing or the equivalent to 2-5 years’ experience of successful sales related employment in the health care field
• Have knowledge of health care services with an emphasis on wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• Effective oral and written communication skills and personal relationship skills to interact with referral sources
• Ability to develop an effective marketing plan and act upon the plan to increase awareness and volume
• Can identify customer and community needs
• Demonstrate a commitment to limb salvage and advance wound care
• Computer Skills: OP wound care EMR, Word, Microsoft, Power Point, etc
