Production Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 01:00pm to 09:30pm)

• This position is ideal for a strong leader with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is dedicated to coaching and supporting team members.
• Support the Production Supervisor in all aspects of shift operations.
• Direct work activities to facilitate smooth and efficient shift start-ups.
• Monitor production processing procedures and work methods to ensure adherence to established standards.
• Contribute to the achievement of assigned production schedules.

Production Lead Qualifications:

• Proven strong leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support team members.
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• A current resume is required for consideration.
• Previous experience in a Team Lead or similar management role.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
