The Position

• Oversee daily field operations, technician coordination, and customer service activities throughout assigned territory
• Lead field personnel supporting refrigerant recovery, exchange operations, and environmental service projects
• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
• Coordinate scheduling, operational execution, reporting, and customer follow-up activities

** Key Responsibilities **

• Supervise and support field technicians performing recovery, exchange, and service operations

• Coordinate schedules, equipment readiness, operational priorities, and customer service activities

• Develop new customer relationships and support territory growth initiatives

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, DOT regulations, EPA requirements, and operational procedures

• Monitor operational performance, maintain documentation, and support reporting activities

** Qualifications **

Required:

• 5+ years of experience within HVAC/R, refrigerant recovery, industrial services, environmental services, or related field operations

• Proven success in business development, outside sales, account management, or territory growth activities

• Experience leading or coordinating field service or technical personnel

Preferred:

• EPA 608 Universal Certification

• OSHA certifications, CDL, or HazMat endorsement preferred

• Experience operating field equipment, handling cylinders, or supporting recovery operations

• Familiarity with CRM systems, digital work orders, and field service technology platforms
