Plumbing Assistant / General Laborer

United Talent is currently hiring a dependable Plumbing Assistant / General Laborer for a temporary opportunity. This is a great entry-level position for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is reliable, and is interested in gaining experience in a trade-based environment.

Position Overview: The Plumbing Assistant will support experienced plumbing professionals with basic labor tasks, job site preparation, cleanup, and general assistance throughout the workday. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow directions, and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Job Duties:

• Assist plumbing team members with basic job-site tasks
• Help gather, carry, and organize tools, supplies, and materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist with setup and cleanup before, during, and after jobs
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled trades team members
• Perform general labor duties as assigned
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Pay and Schedule:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Weekends: No weekend work required
• Pay: $15.00

Requirements:

• Basic-level skills required
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Ability to follow directions and work safely
• Ability to work in a hands-on labor environment
• Employees will not be expected to lift more than 40 lbs. by themselves
• Steel-toe shoes are highly recommended, but not required
• Must wear company uniform T-shirt with jeans or work pants
• All required PPE will be provided, except steel-toe shoes
