Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Badge Services in Charlestown IN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a technology media and telecommunications location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while reflecting Allied Universals agile reliable innovative and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel at a technology media and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings offices parking areas loading docks access points and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access activity and verify credentials in accordance with site procedures; document visitor contractor and vehicle entry and exit as required.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established emergency response activities and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate daily activity reports incident reports and patrol logs and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
