Associate - Real Estate Investment Banking

The Real Estate Investment Banking group at Cantor Fitzgerald is a growing team of dedicated bankers that has successfully executed transactions across M&A advisory, equity capital markets, and debt capital markets. Associates will work on assignments spanning all major real estate sectors — including data centers, industrial, healthcare, multifamily, retail, net lease, and office — and across all investment banking products. Lean transaction teams give Associates significant ownership over live deals and direct exposure to senior bankers and clients from day one. We are looking for candidates with a deep overlapping interest in real estate and investment banking, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and the ability to think strategically about the issues confronting our clients
