Senior Engineer, Global Facilities US - I&C

Responsibilities Lead planning, design, construction, and operations of semiconductor manufacturing infrastructure across Micron’s global network. Manage large‑scale projects, including U.S. Greenfield FABs, with a focus on engineering innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Planning, Manufacturing, IT, Procurement, Construction, O&M, and other teams to ensure project alignment and execution. Ensure facility systems are reliable, efficient, scalable, and aligned with Micron’s global standards and strategic objectives. Implement guidelines and standard methodologies across global sites for construction, development, and operations. Support advanced memory and storage production through robust infrastructure development. Integrate sustainability principles into facility design and operations, supporting corporate environmental goals. Provide technical leadership and oversight throughout the full lifecycle of facility projects. Benchmark within and external to Micron sites on engineering best practices and best known methods (BKM) of facilities buildings and systems. Minimum Qualifications Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation & Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 7 years proven experience in Facility I&C/ELV design and engineering for semiconductor manufacturing or high‑tech industries. Ability to travel domestically and internationally 15‑25% of the time. Proven ability to plan, drive and complete projects effectively. Proven skills in working effectively with team members from different subject areas. Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently. Excellent organizational skills and service attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and self‑improve. Job Profile(s) Construction & Design E3 – Construction & Design E5 Salary $98,000.00 – $243,000.00 per year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
