Executive Assistant & ADIM Social Coordinator

Join Heyday Marketing as an Executive Assistant & ADIM Social Coordinator, supporting Eduardo Moya and the daily operations and growth of adayinmiami.com. This role combines executive support, social media management, content coordination, community outreach, and podcast production assistance. You will work closely with Eduardo Moya and Manny Alfonso.

Responsibilities

• Manage and publish content across ADIM’s website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and other designated platforms.
• Maintain the content calendar and coordinate editorial content, advertorials, community outreach, and event coverage.
• Keep ADIM branding, pitch decks, proposals, and templates current and consistent.
• Assist with podcast setup, guest coordination, scheduling, and production preparation.
• Manage email communications, direct messages, lead forms, inquiries, and requests for pitch decks and proposals.
• Track leads and follow up on podcast sales opportunities.
• Coordinate outreach and communications for events, business listings, merchandise launches, ADIM exclusive events, and the creator network.
• Manage Eduardo’s and ADIM’s calendars, including meetings, recordings, events, appointments, and reminders.
• Attend and cover assigned events, with advance approval required for work outside regular office hours.
• Bring creative ideas to grow ADIM’s audience, community relationships, and revenue.
• Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Employed and paid through Heyday Marketing LLC.
• $25 per hour, plus qualifying podcast sales commissions.
• $150 commission per qualifying $2,500 podcast sale.
• $250 commission per qualifying $3,500 podcast sale.
• Commissions are subject to the offer letter’s eligibility and collection terms.
• All time worked must be recorded and paid, including applicable overtime.
