**ABOUT THE ROLE** Outreach Specialists build trusted community partnerships and connect eligible Medi-Cal members to CalAIM Community Supports services. You’ll conduct outreach, generate referrals, and support member enrollment through relationship-driven engagement throughout Fresno County.**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** – Fluent in English & Spanish – Strong relationship-building & communication skills – Organized and self-motivated – Comfortable with community-based field work – Passionate about improving access to care**FULL-TIME:** $23-$25/HOUR І NON-EXEMPT**SCHEDULE:** MON-FRI, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM**LOCATION:** FRESNO, CA (545 E ALLUVIAL AVE, SUITE 105)**Job Location:** Fresno #J-18808-Ljbffr My Insurance Services Inc.
