Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized recommendations for accommodations, travel options, and experiences to enhance the customer journey.
• Resolve issues creatively and efficiently to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Document inquiries and solutions within our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share valuable insights.
• Stay updated on the latest promotions, destinations, and travel trends to offer informed support.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is a must; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sector, is preferred.
