Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes. Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Support financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis activities. Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate financial information and process efficiency. Assist with audits, special projects, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of accounting experience, including internships, public accounting, or corporate accounting experience. Experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Strong Excel skills and experience working with accounting or ERP systems. Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
