Job Overview El Asistente Administrativo I en la Universidad Estatal de Framingham brinda apoyo administrativo general a los Presidentes y profesores del Departamento de Ciencias Políticas, Derecho y Estudios Globales (PSLGS) y del Departamento de Sociología y Criminología. El candidato seleccionado trabajará con un cuerpo docente diverso en un ambiente ocupado e interactuará con estudiantes, personal, administradores y proveedores. La posición se ubica en Framingham, MA. Responsibilities Procesar documentación. Gestionar documentación de viajes. Registrar asistencia. Proporcionar asistencia para la incorporación. Mantener equipos de oficina. Fotocopiar. Entrevistar y contratar estudiantes en prácticas laborales. Crear bandejas de correo para profesores. Actualizar el directorio de profesores. Realizar otras tareas según sea necesario. Qualifications Mínimo dos años de experiencia en gestión de oficinas o educación equivalente. Conocimiento de Banner, Microsoft Excel, Outlook y Word. Habilidades de redacción sólidas. Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas. Habilidades de comunicación efectivas. Capacidad para mantener la calma y la profesionalidad. Se anima a los candidatos bilingües en inglés y español o inglés y portugués.
