EXPERIENCED INSTALLERS — VENTURA COUNTY LOCAL ROUTES

Installation Pros is expanding appliance and plumbing-fixture installation coverage in Ventura County. We are looking for experienced installers and established installation businesses who can complete professional in-home installations independently. This is not an entry-level or trainee opening.

LOCAL WORK — NO DAILY RANCHO COMMUTE

Routes are based in the Ventura County service area, including Oxnard and surrounding communities. You will not report to our Rancho Cucamonga office each morning. Product pickup, route coverage and vehicle arrangements will be confirmed before starting.

TWO WAYS TO WORK WITH US

• Established subcontractor businesses and crews with their own suitable truck or van, installation tools and equipment are preferred. Applicable business/contractor licensing, insurance and retailer onboarding requirements must be verified. Any subcontractor arrangement is subject to proper classification and a written agreement; owning a truck alone does not establish contractor status.

• Experienced W-2 employee candidates are also welcome. Tell us whether you have a suitable work vehicle or would need a company vehicle arrangement. A company truck is not guaranteed in this posting.

WEEKLY COMPENSATION

• Experienced W-2 technicians: $1,000–$3,000 per week in gross pay, depending on experience, role and production.

• Established 1099 subcontractor businesses/crews: $2,000–$5,000 per week in gross contract revenue, before business expenses and taxes. Earnings depend on completed work, route volume and agreed rates; this is not guaranteed weekly revenue or employee take-home pay.

• The weekly range displayed in this listing’s pay field applies to the subcontractor opportunity. W-2 compensation is the separate range above. Specific compensation, vehicle arrangements and applicable terms will be confirmed in writing before starting.

THE WORK

• Install and replace residential appliances, including dishwashers, laundry equipment, refrigerators, ranges, ovens and over-the-range microwaves, according to your demonstrated qualifications.

• Complete finish-plumbing replacements such as toilets, faucets and garbage disposals when qualified and authorized.

• Inspect existing conditions, protect the customer's home, test operation and check connections for leaks.

• Document installations with clear photos and notes, communicate professionally with customers, and escalate unsafe or out-of-scope conditions before proceeding.

• This scope does not include rough plumbing, repipes or unapproved electrical modifications. Work must stay within applicable licensing, permit and manufacturer requirements.

WHAT WE NEED

• Demonstrated hands-on appliance installation experience, including installations completed independently—not delivery-only, warehouse-only or general maintenance experience without appliance installation duties.

• Tell us separately which plumbing fixtures you have installed independently. Experience in both appliance and fixture installation is strongly preferred.

• A valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle and an acceptable, independently verified driving record for driving duties.

• Tools, workwear, safe material-handling practices and the ability to handle heavy appliances using appropriate equipment and team assistance, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

• Reliable local route availability, including early starts, and professional customer communication.

• Subcontractor applicants: provide your business name, truck/van type, crew size, service area, applicable license information and insurance availability.
