The Retail Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, including marketing initiatives, labor management, and team supervision. This role requires leadership in recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating a team of station/store associates to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, manage inventory control, and ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including scheduling, task assignment, and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop a team of station/store associates through training and ongoing coaching.

• Ensure accurate reporting, cash handling, and daily deposits.

Requirements:
