Description Salary: Approximately $55,000 a year depending on experience. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help attract, assess, and hire top talent across our organization. In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, evaluate candidates, and support hiring decisions that drive the growth and success of our business. Why Join Us? Join a collaborative team focused on attracting and developing great talent What You'll Do Lead recruiting efforts from job opening to onboarding. Source, interview, and hire top talent across business areas. Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies. Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide hiring recommendations. Guide hiring teams through effective, objective, and compliant selection decisions. Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Support recruiting events, community partnerships, and employer branding efforts. Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements What We're Looking For 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field preferred. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.
