Lateral Link is assisting a global law firm in New York City with a mid to senior-level Transactional Tax Associate opening. The candidate will advise on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets offerings, financings, and joint ventures.
