Role Description: We are looking for a high-performingSales Specialist – Data & AIto drive growth in the US market. This role will focus on sellingmodern data platform , analytics, and AI solutions, with a strong emphasis onDatabricks and Lakehousearchitecture. You will work closely with mid-market and enterprise clients to help them modernize their data ecosystems and unlock business value through data engineering, analytics, AI, GenAI, and Lakehouse-enabledtransformation. This role requires a blend ofconsultative selling, technical understanding, and strong stakeholder managementskills. Job Location: This role is remote, provided the candidate is based in the US Key Responsibilities: Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles (prospecting → solutioning → closure) Build and expand pipeline across enterprise and mid-market accounts in the US Sell InspireXT’s Data & AI offerings, including Databricks implementations, Lakehouse modernization, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, GenAI enablement, and data platformoptimization Shape value propositions, business cases, and solution narratives that connect Data & AI capabilities to measurable client outcomes Partner with Databricks and cloudpartnersfor joint GTM initiatives Build joint account plans with Databricks, cloud partners, and InspireXT delivery teams toidentify, qualify, and progress opportunities Engage with CIOs, CDOs, Data Leaders, and Business Stakeholders Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to craft differentiated solutions Develop account strategies and expansion plans Represent InspireXT at industry events, client workshops, and webinars Requirements 5–8 years of experience in B2B tech sales selling Data, Analytics, AI, Cloud Data Platforms, Data Engineering Services, or Digital Transformation engagements. Strongtrack recordin quota achievement and pipeline generation Experience selling Databricks or adjacent data platforms such asFabric,Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery or similar modern data platform solutions. Understanding of how Data & AI capabilities create business value across use cases such as operational efficiency, forecasting, automation, decision intelligence, customer experience, supply chain visibility, and process improvement Broad practical understanding of modern Data & AI solution areas, including:
