Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)Twin Falls, ID • Part-TimeThis position supports the staff, instructors and operations of the College & Career Readiness (CCR) program.Essential Functions:Maintain a positive, professional image of College & Career Readiness.Provide customer service, in person and by phone for college staff and the public.Provide secretarial functions, including answering phones, filing, proofreading, sorting mail, copying and word processing/correspondenceSet up meetings, including room reservationsOrder program supplies, as neededSupport instructor and staff activities, as requestedUnique Functions:Input CCR student information into the college databaseCreate and mail invoices for third-party billingReceive, submit, and track payments of CCR billing statementsSpecific Skills Preferred:Bi-lingual (Spanish preferred)Possess excellent customer service and communication skillsWork effectively with staff and students of various cultural and socio-economic backgroundsAbility to adapt to frequent changeAbility to manage conflict in a courteous and professional mannerAbility to maintain confidentiality in all mattersTechnical Expertise Preferred:Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, etc.) required.Education:High School Diploma or GEDThe College of Southern Idaho is an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to cultivating and sustaining an environment in which our employees and learners thrive.
