Belen Consolidated School District is hiring for an HR Level II in Belen, New Mexico. The role is full-time, 8 hours per day, 235 days per year, starting immediately. Duties include ethics compliance, policy enforcement, confidentiality, and HR clerical tasks using TalentEd/Frontline systems. Salary ranges from $20.50 per hour, with a standard 8-hour workday and full-time benefits.
