Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks a part-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and support music education in our retail store. In this role, you will guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You’ll provide knowledgeable product recommendations, process sales and rentals, maintain merchandising standards, and support store events and lesson programs. You’ll collaborate with colleagues and school service reps, deliver excellent customer service, meet sales goals, and help create an inclusive, music‑focused environment that reflects our mission-driven culture.
