North Dallas Law Firm is seeking a full-time front office / receptionist.  Must be proficient in Spanish language.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Answer multi-line phones and effectively transfer calls to the appropriate party in a polite and courteous manner.
• · Screen calls for potential new clients (PNCs).
• Greet clients and guests with genuine warmth and offer assistance as needed.
• Receive and process company mail – open mail, search the case management system, and distribute properly.
• Receive all company faxes and digitally distribute to the appropriate party.
• Perform opening and closing office duties.
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
• Accept credit card payments and process transactions.
• Assist attorneys and legal staff as needed.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn additional software.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

· Front desk and clerical: 1 year ( preferred ).

· Previous experience working for a law firm a plus.

Language:

• Fluent English (required)
• Spanish (required)
